We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality. This role will require a deep understanding of manufacturing, quality engineering, control plans, FMEA, process flow, PPAP, and GD&T.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to quality. They will be responsible for identifying and addressing quality issues, implementing quality improvement processes, and working closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control systems and measures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
2. Conduct and manage the process of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes.
4. Implement and oversee Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure that all components meet quality standards.
5. Use Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) techniques to ensure precision in manufacturing processes.
6. Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and address quality issues promptly.
7. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
9. Train and mentor team members on quality control standards and procedures.
10. Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure that all quality requirements are met.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality engineering.
3. Proficient in control plan development and implementation.
4. Experience with FMEA, process flow, PPAP, and GD&T.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
