ELS is hiring for the position of Leasing & Sales Manager- Country Club in Cathedral City, California.Whatyou'll do:
This position manages manufactured home leasing and sales. Supports the Property Manager in all aspects of sales and leasing. Serves as a liaison between our office andguests and residentswith respect to leasing, maintenance and other issues as needed.
Your job will include:
- Set up appointments with new home buyers to sign lease.
- Fill out park approval letters and escrow demands for buyers and sellers.
- Respond toquestionsand complaints in a timely manner.
- Contact tenants toaddressanyissues that require immediate attention.
- Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for the repair of buildings and grounds.
- Process new applications for long-term residency, including background checks and file maintenance.
- Maintain and audit files for sales and leasing
- Skills & experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- 1+years of experience in on-site property leasing and sales
- Solid experience in customer service
- Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, including email and financial systems.
- Experience performing administrative tasks and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on guest needs.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Real Estate, manufactured home or leasing and sales experience
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Ability to obtain manufactured home sales license through our company
