The Global SDR Director will manage and grow the Sales Development function which is responsible for both inbound lead processing as well as cold outbound outreach. You'll collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, Talent, HR, Sales Enablement , Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams to develop our people while achieving amazing results.
Global Sales Development Director
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a global team of SDR Managers ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals for pipeline growth
- Implement training programs that equip teams with the knowledge required for effective outbound prospecting
- Take ownership of team performance
- Lead coaching and improvement plans for the SDR team
- Strategic Sales Process Enhancement:
- Collaborate with GTM team to refine and evolve the prospecting process, incorporating industry best practices
- Implement strategies to optimize the use of sales motion driven propositions in outbound efforts.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Monitor and analyze global performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales development activities globally.
- Tech Stack Oversight:
- Oversee the integration and utilization of technology tools, including SFDC and specialized tech sales tools (e.g., TechTarget, Cognism, Outreach, 6Sense).
- Stay informed about emerging technologies that can enhance the sales development process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global B2B Sales Leadership
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in global B2B sales within the technology sector.
- Experience with technically oriented selling; willingness and ability to learn new, complex concepts and apply them
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and strategies.
- Have hands-on experience with technology-focused sales tools and CRM systems (SFDC, Outreach, 6Sense, etc)
