Salary: $70K-$80K
Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
As an Accounting Specialist, you'll oversee financial records to monitor the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintained billing system and generated invoices.
- Perform account reconciliations and manage accounts receivable files.
- Produce monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
- Investigate and resolve irregularities, and monitor collections.
- Track payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain records.
- Manage vendor payments and improve payment processes.
- Analyze accounts and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in customer interactions and answer phone calls.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
