Host/Hostess -Prime Rib- Full Time-Maryland

Why We Need Your Talents:

Greets restaurant guests with a positive, friendly attitude. Ensures guests are seated in a timely manner, and that the guest has a favorable dining experience. You may also handle phone calls, answer customers questions about the restaurant and menu, and assist restaurant staff when necessary.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

Must-Haves:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Experience: Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
• Use of stairs and elevators
