Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Radiology Technologist to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Organization in Leesburg, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Radiology Technologist:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of quality radiology procedures using utilizing X-Ray and C-arm machine
- Provides radiation protection to patients and staff, consistent with current State Department of Health standards and regulations.
- Appropriately adapts assigned client assessment, treatment and/or care methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural,
and age-specific and other developmental needs of each person served. - Maintains all equipment and paperwork in compliance with TDH standards and regulations as coordinated through the Radiation Safety Office.
- Maintains supplies, checks equipment status daily and reports any problems that could change the workflow.
- M-F: 8a-5p.
Required Qualifications for Radiology Technologist:
- ARRT Certification
- 1 year of experience
- Experience with a C-Arm machine
Preferred Qualifications for Radiology Technologist:
- At least 1-2+ years of experience
