Microsoft Business Applications Sales Executive

LOCATION: Fargo, ND; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; San Ramon, CA; Menlo Park, CA; Pasadena, CA; Fresno, CA; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Laguna Hills, CA; Irvine, CA; Oklahoma City, OK.

A Day in the Life

Please note - this position is day-to-day remote, but candidate must be located near a major Eide Bailly location (AZ, CA, MN, ND, OK, UT). Applicants not physically located in one of these regions may be considered via exceptional qualifications.

A typical day as a Microsoft Business Applications Sales Executive might include:

    Proactively developing and leading sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing MS Business Applications solutions/consulting services in the mid-market business industries.
  • Demonstrates effective understanding of target audience including industry knowledge and key business issues EB Microsoft Business Applications can address, industry trends, and competition.
  • Proactively interacts through face-to-face meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospect up to and including C-level executives.
  • Builds product and consulting services knowledge of solution offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills.
  • Interacts by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-level executives.
  • May plan, promote, participate in firm events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field. Work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) prior Microsoft experience in a full-cycle direct or channel professional selling environment - preferably with a Microsoft implementation partner.
  • Driving, independent, social, self-starter who under thrives in a hunter-style role.
  • Desire to prospect and have pipeline and forecast maintenance experience.
  • Experience as the 'quarterback' of a sales team that includes technical experts and vendor representatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level clients, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • MS Office and CRM experience as a user.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Business Applications products/services
  • Willing to travel up to 35% of the time.

Compensation

Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + uncapped commission structure

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
