  • Customer Success & TAM role in Maritime vertical: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for assisting clients with the technical aspects of product, informing and training them on its proper use, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The TAM also cooperates with the sales team to refine the sales process and generate leads. The TAM also leads the project management of customer-facing solutions delivery, from planning to execution.
  • Qualifications and skills for TAM role: The TAM role requires proven experience as a Technical Account Manager with a solid background in IP networking and SD-WAN deployment. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, project management training and experience, and strong understanding of SaaS solutions are also required. Experience working with clients in the cruise and ferry industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with cruise and ferry industry connectivity challenges and best practices are highly desirable.
  • Responsibilities and duties for TAM role: The TAM role involves cultivating strong relationships with cruise and ferry clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client-side interactions, providing support, addressing concerns, and resolving issues. The TAM also utilizes their technical expertise to comprehend and address the client's technical inquiries, challenges, and customization requests, and collaborates with the Software Development team to deliver timely solutions. The TAM also works closely with other project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operations, networking, deployment, and service delivery for each cruise and ferry client. The TAM also provides valuable insights and recommends additional software solutions that align with the client's requirements, demonstrates a keen analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges, and serves as the voice of the cruise and ferry clients.
