- Efficiently Manage All Aspects of Commercial & Residential Projects
- Salary $75,000 - $100,000 Annually
- Preserve the trust of our established clients from the past 50+ years of being in business
- Apply previous Carpentry & Management experiences of construction projects
- Manage & Drive multiple full-cycle construction renovations, remodels, and mitigation/restorations to completion
- Conduct site surveys, define scope of work, create budgets, supervise crews, and professional client interactions
- Ability to write an Estimate
- Collaborate with employees, clients, engineers, architects, insurance agents, etc.
- Partner with onsite leads to coach and direct in-house carpentry staff and sub-contractors
- Ensure all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety precautions are followed
- Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
- Problem Solve using working knowledge of rough, trim, and finish carpentry
- At times, respond to on-call emergency services such as water & fire mitigation, structure damage, etc.
- Utilize Construction Management software such as Xactimate, Sage, Microsoft Projects, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Construction Management Experience
- 5+ Years of previous Carpentry Experience
- 5+ Years of Construction Project Software experience
- Current valid drivers’ license and the ability to operate motor vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction business owner
- IICRC and Xactimate certifications or experience
- 5+ Years of estimating job cost and labor experience
- Available to travel for out-of-state site meetings
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
- At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
