- 3 or more years experience experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment
- Familiar with local and state trade code
- Ability to communicate effectively - Must speak, read and write fluent English
- Provide customer service
- Honest, Motivated, and Dependable
- Must be strong in troubleshooting of residential systems
- Must be able to sell on the job
- Problem solver
- NATE Certification is preferred
- Plumbing Experience is A Plus
- Must have clean record-Driving and be able to pass criminal background check - 0 felonies
- Able to work full time and overtime
