A small garden-style community is in search of an experienced maintenance supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance staffing and community upkeep to include but not limited to:
- Boilers
- Plumbing
- Electric
- Remodels
- Laundry Rooms
- Maintenance Requests
- Snow Removal
- Grounds
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of boilers, heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems and electrical systems
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Must be a team player that conducts themselves in a professional manner
