Lube Technician

We are currently looking for Lube Technicians for our Lube Center location in Germantown, Maryland. The Lube Center offers a variety of different oil change packages, as well as maintenance services. Lube Technicians must be able to offer excellent customer service and perform services on vehicles with the upmost integrity. Starting hourly rate $15 an hour + generous sales commission. Overall earning potential $17.00 - $20.00 an hour for first year technicians.

What you'll do:

• Technician Duties:
  • Perform all lubrication services
  • Perform multi-point inspection of customer's car and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance to customer
  • Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment
  • Perform necessary preventative maintenance services
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
