Quick Lane Lube Tech

Mullinax Ford is looking for a high energy, customer service, and sales oriented team member to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be dependable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude.

Schedule: Monday thru Saturday schedule hours vary - Sundays off

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Multipoint inspections and discovering needed maintenance and repairs.

2. Perform brake repairs and replacement parts .

3. Mount and balance tires.

4. Some front end work and alignments.

5. Minor tune-ups

6. light electrical ( bulbs and fuses etc.)

7. A/C recharging

8. Transmission / cooling system flushes

9. Changing oil and filter / rotate tires

Qualifications for this job:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have professional appearance
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Basic vehicle knowledge
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
