Job Description

2nd Shift position: 12 pm - 8 pm

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with plant personnel to ensure the optimal performance of production and facilities equipment through reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various machinery and equipment, all while supporting our company's policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in maintenance is a plus.
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repair of production and facilities equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
