Bus Person - Maria's New Mexican Kitchen

• Must have valid/unexpired Identification documents to work in the United States.
• Must have valid/Current Food Handler Certification.
• Must have flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods, walk, reach with arms and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions. The position also requires bending, twisting, and lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
• Ability to arrive to work on time and work shifts as scheduled.
• Previous experience a plus.

Company Overview: Maria's New Mexican Kitchen has been in business for over 60 years. The Maria's tradition began as a small take-out kitchen that offered traditional, Northern New Mexican cuisine. The small take-out business quickly became a hit and over the years has grown into a full service restaurant that is now a Santa Fe institution. It has built a history specializing in authentic, home-style New Mexican dishes made with traditional red and green chile, handmade tortillas, and made to order margaritas, using only 100% agave tequila.

Position Summary: The Busser assists in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Busser is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, keeping beverage glasses full, and bringing guest's needs to the attention of our Servers. Additionally, the Busser assists other restaurant staff, as needed, to provide excellent service for our guests.
