Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Expert Air. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. You will also be expected to embody our core values and contribute to the achievement of our company vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components, including furnaces, air conditioners, thermostats, and ductwork
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Valid HVAC certification or license
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to climb stairs, lift 50+ pounds and withstand hot and cold weather elements
