JOB DESCRIPTION

AP / AR CLERK

Sandstone Site Services is a growing company looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Sandstone is 60 employees strong and looking for more crew leads to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely submission of all Monthly billing packets (AIA, Lien Release, Sworn Statements, etc.)
• Works with project managers to get updated information for billing. 
• Maintain up-to-date records of all NTO's for current projects and tracking for the start and end of the project. 
• Job Start tracking and document tracking. 
• Maintain electronic job files (Contracts, C/O's, Billing, NTO's, Releases, Insurance Certificates and Correspondence)
• Submit weekly job cost reports to Project Managers.
• Coordinate changes needed on job cost coding.
• Process Subcontract pay applications and submit for payment.
• Job Costing tracking and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Deadline and Detail-Oriented
• Experience in Foundation Accounting Software (Preferred)
• Must have excellent oral communication skills and ability to answer a multiple line phone system. 
• 3+ years accounts payable experience in the construction field. 
• 3+ years general accounting experience. 
• Ability to work in a face paced environment.
