Job Description
Zen Strategics, a niche Cyber Security and Records Management/CUI Firm, is looking for an IT Specialist (Policy and Planning).
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as technical advisor to DAS and DIS, particularly to CPIC and CCB stakeholders in the area of records management policy and plans to ensure electronic RM controls are configured on client systems in accordance with NARA requirements and are operational
- Supports RM and CUI risk management related activities, including the performance of assessments, surveys, and compliance reporting
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
· 5+ years of SharePoint/SharePoint Online administration
· Extensive knowledge applying Enterprise Content Management compliance controls
to meet to NARA and client records management requirements
· Experienced implementing electronic records management controls and requirements
using the following:
o Office 365 Suite
o OneDrive Administration
o Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool
o Security and Compliance records retention and disposition
o instructions to create and maintain file plans
o Microsoft Cloud App Security
o Microsoft Teams
· Prior experience utilizing electronic record-keeping systems
· Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems
· Prior experience in business process management
· Prior experience utilizing project management theories and principles
· Possses excellent written and oral communication skills and can clearly, and
concisely speak to client personnel at all levels throughout the organization
· Experience delivering training to individuals, as well as medium and large groups.
· Ability to understand record schedules and apply records retention and disposition
instructions to create and maintain file plans
