Global Dimensions is recruiting for an upcoming opportunity and seeking candidates who will be available upon award. Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to be responsible for the overall management and performance of all task orders supporting the US Government for operations located primarily in Africa. PM will serve as the company's primary point of contact to the Government. The PM shall have oversight of all activities, performance, development of plans and supervision of project/site managers assigned to task orders. The PM provides overall management support and contractor supervision to ensure adherence to contract costs, schedules and performance in achieving contract deliverables and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management Mastery:
  • Spearhead the planning, execution, and vigilant monitoring of a comprehensive service, support, and logistics contract.
  • Manage task orders request for proposals fully leveraging teammates capabilities to devise innovative and comprehensive solutions with compelling winning strategies.
  • Devise and implement sophisticated project management strategies, ensuring the seamless achievement of program objectives.
  • Assure strict compliance with contractual obligations, government regulations and policies, and the highest standards of corporate governance.
  • Manage submission of all required status reports, updates and communications to all designated Government points of contact in accordance with reporting timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Excellence:
    • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    • Act as the primary liaison for the U.S. Government and other pertinent entities, exemplifying diplomatic and collaborative communication.
  • Financial Stewardship:
    • Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, employing strategic financial management practices.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies and continually monitor financial metrics to uphold program profitability.
  • Risk Management Expertise:
    • Identify potential risks and proactively develop ingenious mitigation strategies to safeguard the successful execution of the program.
    • Address challenges head-on, implementing creative solutions to ensure the program's continuous advancement.
  • Quality Assurance Leadership:
    • Institute and uphold rigorous quality assurance processes to not only meet but exceed program requirements.
    • Foster a culture of perpetual improvement and innovation, ensuring the program remains at the forefront of industry standards.

    Deliverables:

    The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for integrating the following deliverables into their day-to-day tasks:

    • Manage day-to-day tasks associated with the project.
    • Serve as liaison between the program team and Global Dimension senior management, customer and designated stakeholders.
    • Maintain continuous communication with employees and make certain that they complete any annual training, certifications, etc.
    • Effectively coordinate numerous projects, managing different participants, mitigating challenges, and working to achieve the desired outcome of the contract and the company.
    • Manage short-term, definitive timeline, and closes when complete.
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
    • Prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements to meet needs.
    • Track project costs to meet budget set for the project and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
    • Manage projects with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    •At least three (3) years of managing a single contract or task order with a minimum $3 million ceiling value.

    •At least three (3) years of experience managing Foreign Assistance programs for the Department of State and/or United States Agency for International Development with an individual contract or task order award with a minimum $3 million value.

    •At least ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex projects and/or programs, requiring interpersonal and customer service, writing, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

    •Demonstrated adherence to quality standards and reviews program deliverables.

    •Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

    •Demonstrated ability to successfully work with customers/clients, including the ability to respond to cost and technical tasks, monitor contract and task order performance, and apply required course corrections.

    •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Power Point, Teams, Excel) SharePoint), including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.

    •Demonstrated fluency of English speaking and writing, including experience summarizing complex technical and programmatic issues in a concise matter for the U.S. government,

    Education:

    Master’s Degree or equivalent and thirteen (13) years of progressively more complex experience in U.S. Government acquisitions (government, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and/or private/vendor) program management experience.

    Or

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and fifteen (15) years of progressively more complex experience in U.S. Government acquisitions (government, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and/or private/vendor) program management experience.
