About this job
Job Description
BOOST LLC provides enterprise level services for government contractors, providing scalable solutions in accounting/finance, contracts/procurement, HR/talent acquisition, and strategic advisory services. Our passion is to guide and propel our clients towards success in this competitive sector. Our team knows GovCon compliance, and provides strategic, direct advice and services.
Are you a seasoned GovCon CFO tired of working the single-shingle consulting gigs Are you a top-level Controller ready to break into the CFO space Are you tired of working as a CFO for one federal contractor and crave breaking the mold Are you bored working by yourself with your clients Are you ready for a team approach with a dynamic group of folks to support you?
If so, we may be a good fit for you in your next career!
BOOST serves the federal contracting community in the areas of accounting, contracts, HR, recruiting and strategic pricing. We serve only GovCons, so you must have tons of experience in this area. This position will be both client facing doing delivery but also internally strategic in that you will interact with multiple divisions and levels within our organization. You absolutely must be a team player who thrives off working collaboratively and must know how to herd the cats. You’ll want to figure out solutions to hard problems for our clients. You’ll actively mentor some of the more junior folks on our accounting team. You’ll provide guidance on policies and procedures. You’ll help our clients in their strategic planning. You’ll help price out must-win bids for our clients. You’ll work on annual budgets, presentations to boards of advisors, DCAA submissions and access to capital. Heck, you may even help sell a client or two! Your position is constantly evolving and does not have a set of rules of engagement. And if that appeals to you, you may be a great fit.
