Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (Hybrid) to join our clients team. Youll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role for candidates located in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia, with the ability to commute to the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and video messages
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline


Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a BDR or similar hunter role in SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, or similar tools
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance software sales
  • Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Startup experience
