Cash Application Specialist

Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Fast keyboard skills – strong data entry

Detail oriented
- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis
- Utilize accounting software to process transactions and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies

Requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and GAAP
Requires a minimum of 1-3 year’s work experience in accounting/finance, with an emphasis in the area of credit and collections

Proficient in Excel with the ability to download & manipulate large quantities of data (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
