A new independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician with a strong focus on quality and production. 5 years of experience and having your own tools is preferred. I-Car and OE certifications are preferred. Dependability and ability to adapt are also necessary for the right candidate. Workdays and hours are Monday - Friday 8 to 5. No weekends! Responsibilities - Auto Body Repair Technician

• Repair/restore auto body collision-related damage to pre-loss condition
• Remove damaged fenders and panels
• Straighten frames
• Weld metals, repair metal, and plastic components
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
• Grind, sand, and file repaired surfaces
• Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements - Auto Body Repair Technician

•  Collision repair technician with 5 years of experience and tools is preferred
• I-CAR certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of body shop equipment and tools including frame and measuring equipment
• A team participant with a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license 
• Dependable attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent
