Veteran Owned! A new independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee is seeking to hire a professional, self-motivated and energetic Inside Sales / Collision Estimator. The primary responsibilities will be repair estimating, fleet sales, and closing in a retail sales environment. Good customer service and communication skills are a must. 3+ years of customer service/sales is preferred. I-CAR Certification and leadership skills are a plus. Workdays and hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8 to 5, rotating Saturdays 9 to 12, and closed on Sunday. Apply now for this great opportunity!

Responsibilities - Inside Sales / Collision Estimator:

• Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage, using CCC ONE estimating software, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair and restore to pre-loss condition, or cost of new paint job, and review it with the customer.
• Communicate with the insurance company regarding claims.
• Collaborate with customers, insurance reps, and internal team.
• Follow repair or paint job through the entire process, keep the customer updated, and quality control vehicle for final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process

Qualifications - Inside Sales / Collision Estimator:

• Professional, self-motivated and energetic with good customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• I-CAR certification is a plus
• A team participant with a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Organized and pays attention to details 
• High school diploma or equivalent
