INTERNSHIP - QA Software Engineer

Responsibilities

As a QA Software intern, you will play an active role in daily operation and work closely with Senior Testers. We offer training and development to help you achieve your goals as a QA Intern. We seek someone who has a passion for smart and innovative software development. During the duration of your internship, you will work on the following:

* Tests execution and software defects reporting

* Planning and estimating test workload in cooperation with business analysts, programmers and technical writers

* Test cases creation based on the requirements specification

* Reporting test results

Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of SQL, Oracle/MS SQL and XML

* Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodology and tools

* General IT knowledge

* Willingness to learn and continually develop

NICE TO HAVE

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science

* Programming skills in C#, JavaScript (or any other programming language)

* Knowledge of CSS, OOP, NUnit, MS Visual Studio, Selenium, Ranorex

* Experience in test automation

This paid internship is based at the DASSAULT SYSTEMES Long Beach office, located at 301 E Ocean Blvd #1200, Long Beach, CA 90802 from beginning May 2024 to the end of January 2025. You will be expected to follow a hybrid work model.

The total expected compensation range for this role will be between $21 and $40. In determining the pay range, we take into consideration experience, pay of employees in similar positions, and other job-related factors.
