**Description**

We are seeking a District Sales Manager to create and expand sales for our Pasco branch. As a District Sales Manager you are key in the growth and development of new and existing customer relationships. Youll also be a bridge between customers and our engineering team with a focus on facilitating a smooth buying process for each customer.

**Qualifications for a District Sales Manager Include:**

* College degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience as a sales professional

* Strong construction industry knowledge and familiarity with drywall and steel stud products

* Proven experience in business and sales development

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

* Superior written, verbal communication and public speaking skills

* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

* Valid drivers license

**Responsibilities of a District Sales Manager Include:**

* Selling drywall, steel framing products and construction industry accessories

* Establishing, developing, and managing customer relationships

* Facilitating the sales process with every customer

* Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to target new customers; including cold calling and job site visits

* Providing technical support to customers

* Communicating with customers on a regular basis to discuss their specific needs, make recommendations and resolve service concerns

* Working with engineers, architects and in-house personnel to help define project requirements
