Sales Manager

Our busy fitness studio needs someone with excellent customer service skills to develop relationships with prospects that lead to happy and satisfied studio members. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities:

Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins

Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks

Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service

Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers

Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio

Lead Nurture - This would in compass outbound calling of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

Outstanding organizational skills and time management

Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Previous customer service experience required for this position

1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
