Position: Physical Therapist

Sign-On Bonus: 10K

Shift: Monday - Friday

Location: Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center - Show Low, Arizona

Details: Summit is seeking a full time outpatient physical therapist. This PT will perform patient evaluations, formulate plans, provide direct patient care and supervise Therapy Services, Techs, and Therapy Assistants. This PT will be responsible for documenting patient progress and evaluations.

Must Haves:

• Graduated of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed in the state of Arizona
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire date).
