Are you a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of K-12 students? VocoVision, a leading provider of telepractice services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital School Psychologist to join our team. In this remote position, you will work with students who have mild to moderate diagnoses, providing them with the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital School Psychologist, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

  1. Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' academic and emotional needs.
  2. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  3. Providing virtual counseling and interventions to students, addressing their social-emotional concerns.
  4. Offering guidance and support to educators and parents in managing students' behavioral challenges.
  5. Participating in the development and implementation of school-wide programs aimed at improving the learning environment.
  6. Assisting in the identification and intervention of learning disabilities and other exceptionalities.
  7. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of evaluations, progress notes, and reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the preferred candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  1. Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  2. Activestate license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  3. Previous experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
  4. Familiarity with conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with parents, teachers, and school staff.
  6. Comfortable with technology and proficient in using telepractice tools and software.
