Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Create engaging and effective email campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content, assets, and information needed for email campaigns.
- Design email templates and landing pages that are visually appealing and optimized for conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and timing.
- Monitor and analyze key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to make data-driven decisions and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or Epsilon (nice to have).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise messaging.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
