About this job

We have multiple openings for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! Our Customer Service team is a point of contact and support for our clients. If you're tech savvy, able to multitask, and have Call Center experience this might be the opportunity for you!

Our team operates on a Monday - Friday 9:30am-6pm schedule and we can flexibly accommodate an 8-hour shift somewhere between those hours. The starting pay range will be between $18.50 - $19/hr.

These positions will support our Asheville, NC location in a Remote aspect. Equipment will be provided but you must have a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities -

  • Answer 50 - 70 Inbound calls per day
  • Make 60 - 80 Outbound calls per day
  • Accurately identify and escalate AE/PQC to client within 1 business day
  • Field caller complaints and escalate via the request for supervisor process
  • Respond to sample accountability emails within 24 hours of receipt
  • Daily spreadsheet completion & submissions
  • Data & Documentation management
  • Adherence to all regulations as well as all policy and procedure


Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • 3-5 years customer service experience within a inbound call center environment
  • Above average computer skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Able to quickly learn new computer systems and databases
  • Enjoy interacting with people over the phone
  • Internally motivated and a self-starter
