Staffmark is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our esteemed team in Huntington Beach, CA. As a pivotal member of our workforce, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our production line operations. Schedules: Monday to Friday 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at $16.00 per hour for 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at $16.50 per hour (Must be flexibility to work overtime as needed.)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of production area by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, pallets, etc.
  • Feed items onto equipment for processing
  • Lubricate equipment as needed
  • Measure and pour ingredients accurately
  • Ensure products conform to specifications
  • Assist in changeover times and minimizing production downtimes
  • Follow safety rules and regulations and contribute to a safe work environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management


Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing bending and squatting tasks
  • Willingness to take instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively
