Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may very based on experience

ABOUT THE JOB

OneStream Software is currently seeking a Associate Solutions Consultant to join our growing pre-sales team. The Associate Solution Consultant will be responsible for assisting and supporting our sales team in all aspects of technical, security and compliance related fields during the sales cycle throughout the assigned region. Primary responsibilities will be responding to prospects' Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and presenting OneStream's technical solution to the relevant departments at our prospective customers. A passion for technology, learning, teamwork, and customer success are vital for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Associate Solution Consultant - Value Transformation will primarily work with existing customers to build a baseline for new customer success KPI's. Update existing KPI's and Metrics. The VTA will also engage with existing customers to collect value metrics around the Four Pillars of OneStream Value: Technical Debt, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Risk Mitigation
• Build a baseline for technical debt for new customers and perform technical debt comparison analysis for longer term customers
• Build a baseline for the construction of efficient success KPI's for the core accounting processes and sub-processes including but not limited to Close & Consolidation, Reporting, Planning, and Data Management. Subsequently, collect future state and compare to the initial baseline
• Track business decisions that were not available prior to OneStream and help to quantify their effectiveness for internal and external facing studies
• Help to quantify risk mitigation costs for customers

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BS Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting or Finance related field
• 1-3 years of experience required

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge and understanding of SaaS
• Solid Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking and Security Concepts
• Experience in responding to RFIs / RFPs
• An MBA or advanced degree in accounting and finance is preferable. A CPA or a CFA is also preferable
