Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple phone lines with professionalism
• Handle bill of sales processes efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule customers with precision

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish strongly
• Competence in Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
