IT Field Service Technician - Full-time / Part-time

About the Position:
Job Title: Field Technical Specialist
Locations: Waterloo, IA 50703 
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Dress Code: Business Professional: Black slacks and blue collared shirt
Travel: Willingness to travel locally to client locations
Cell phone reimbursement and laptop/tablet

Job Description:
Provide hardware support and related services to PC Products customers
Products include Laptop, Desktop, RPOS, and Workstation products (Printer knowledge is a plus)
Perform hardware/software configuration, installation, unit repair, and assist in technical action plans
Participate in scheduled and unscheduled overtime, holidays, and shift work as needed
Must have onsite customer-facing experience and technical/mechanical hardware repair aptitude

Requirements:
Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift, and move up to 50 pounds of weight
High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training preferred (college education is a plus)
Background checks including employment history, education, drug, credit, and criminal records may be conducted
