Inova Loudoun Hospital located in Leesburg, VA is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor Emergency to join the team.

Sign on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.
Full Time. 3 twelve hour shifts. Weekend rotation. Days and Nights shift available.

The Inova Virts Miller Family Emergency and Trauma Center is a full-service emergency department for adults at Inova Loudoun Hospital. It is a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and an integral part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital – Loudoun County’s only designated trauma center.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
* Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
* Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
* Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Additional Requirements:
* Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
* Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 12 months of start date.
* RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
* BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required.
