We are looking for a reliable foreman to join our pave crew! Responsibilities include leading the pave crew for successful daily operations job completion, communicating with Project Managers and asphalt plants as needed, job layouts, and having the ability to train new and existing crew members where needed. This role should have the ability and experience in each position of the pave crew to assist in all aspects.

Pave Foreman Responsibilities:

• Greet crew at 6:45am daily on job site to complete Toolbox Talk and get the day started
• Layout the job and schedule for the day for optimal work completion
• Communicate with PM and Plant for materials needed, including any changes
• Work alongside crew throughout the day to ensure proper job completion
• Understand proper trucking logistics for the paving industry

Paver Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Relevant license and safety certification.
• Prior experience operating a Vogele Super 1700 preferred
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• A positive outlook and a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: From $40.00 per hour based on experience for private work (Most of the work is Prevailing Wage ranges from $60-$90 / hour) Annual Expectation Range: $100,000 - $130,000

Schedule:

• 7AM start on job site Monday - Friday
• 10 hour shifts
• Weekend availability needed, but not usual

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Asphalt: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Hoisting License (Preferred)
• OSHA10+ (Required)
