Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Strategist. The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies for our clients across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth through social media channels.This candidate will be working with a team for social media, and will need to be a strong team player, with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's goals, target audience, and industry landscape.
Content Planning: Collaborate with the content team to plan and create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages for clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and foster a sense of community.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our clients' reach and engagement.
Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions, and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports to track the success of social media campaigns and inform future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry developments, and incorporate this knowledge into our strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate campaign performance and results.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine social media strategies based on insights and feedback, and experiment with new approaches and tactics to optimize results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in an agency setting.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to clients.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
