Job Description
This position provides critical support for the ACTS mission to serve community members experiencing a crisis with trauma care, housing, and food support. The position is primarily responsible for supervising accounting functions, grants management and payroll processing.
Position Title: Senior Accountant
Department/Program: Administrative/Finance
Salary: $ 77,204.81 per year ($1000 per year additional for preferred education or languages)
Reports to CFO
Hours per week: 40 - Schedule: M – F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
FLSA Classification: Exempt - Essential: No - Direct Client Contact: No

Essential Job Functions:
Review and Post payments, donations and electronic transfers from customers/donors as directed.
Prepare, mail, and email invoices to customers/grantor agencies.
Run and analyze Account Receivable aging report on a monthly basis.
Review support for all donation processing to ensure accuracy.
Process grants’ remittance reports, prepare budget amendments, employees covered by Grants reports; ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with budget and grant agreement.
