LPN Geriatric Nurse

We are seeking a Part-time LPN with Geriatric Nurse to join our team! As a Geriatric Nurse, you will spend your time caring for our aging clients, administering medication, and following orders laid out by the team the client's Physician. You will also work closely with RN Administrator, Activity Team and offering support and guidance to the Center Team, and be a supportive, helpful presence to our patients. The ideal candidate has experience working with an older population, has all the required licensing in the state, and works well independently as well as within a team environment.
