Inspire Young Minds: Preschool Teacher Position Available

A preschool teaching center is seeking dynamic, motivated, and passionate Part-Time and Full-Time Teachers to become integral members of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute a bilingual curriculum with creativity and autonomy, ensuring a well-rounded approach tailored to individual child needs
• Foster a positive and secure environment conducive to children's play and learning
• Effectively manage classrooms using positive redirection, problem-solving, and attentive listening
• Build positive relationships with both families and fellow teachers
• Collaborate with other staff and external partners to create enriching experiences for children and their families
• Engage parents to deliver optimal care and education for their children
• Assist in additional tasks as directed by management
• Contribute positively as a team member, offering support and cooperation

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of preschool teaching experience
• Possession of a current Child Development Teacher permit
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform duties indoors and outdoors
• Successful completion of all federal, state, and local background checks, meeting specific state guidelines
• Willingness to obtain or possess required certificates (CPR/EMS First Aid, Mandated Reporter, etc.)
• Maintain a positive demeanor, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for education
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with children, staff, and families
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
