Role:
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, is responsible for supporting the development and management of digital products that meet the needs of business and members while achieving business goals. Inputs and analyzes data using PC. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to represent the credit union in a courteous, professional manner. Exhibits member service skills and team cooperation in accordance with credit union standards. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with The Apple Way principles, of Team Up, Serve with Purpose, Challenge Yourself and Own It. Remains cognizant of and adheres to credit union policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act. Performs other job duties as assigned by Digital Solutions Management.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a digital backlog with key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, bugs, and feature descriptions. Supports the development of planning and task coordination. Monitors, synthesizes, and analyzes data for testing and evaluation. Facilitates communication between internal product management contacts or teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the digital product roadmap. Maintain a departmental, digital vendor, and development roadmap to reflect any innovation or initiatives that will be prioritized dependent on internal and external member feedback. Build and help define product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic intent and communicate them with the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (front- and back-end developers, as well as UX designers, project managers, QA, etc.) in delivering quality products while balancing user experience, editorial workflows, technical capabilities, and business goals.
  • Assists with user acceptance, release management, system validation testing for the Digital Product and other assigned projects by Management. Manage the technical software release workflows end-to-end through collaboration with technical leads, solution owners, enterprise application support, quality assurance, and external teams.
  • Measure and track digital banking experience KPIs that inform digital banking experience roadmaps and enhancements.
  • Assist and backup Digital Operations with troubleshooting and resolving Helpdesk Tickets (features such as Zelle, Mobile Deposit, Enrollment, etc.) submitted to eServices for troubleshooting by internal staff members. Works collaboratively with other department such as IT Operations and Contact Center to identify resolutions.

Experience

-Minimum of 3 years Branch, Call Center, Digital Banking, or other related financial institution experience.
-Minimum of 3 years troubleshooting and understanding internet browsers, operating systems, and mobile applications preferred.
-Experience with Atlassian Products including Jira and Confluence, highly preferred.
-Experience releasing member/customer-facing software at a scale in a fast-paced work environment.
-Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience supporting banking or credit union products, including Digital Banking systems, and Core Banking systems.
-Experience with Banking vendors, including Alkami, Fiserv, Vertifi and Jack Henry Symitar EASE highly preferred.


Education

High school degree or equivalent (GED) required.
Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Product Management or appropriate technical certification preferred.

Other Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide courteous and timely member service.
PC proficient, including MS Office Suite.
