Qualifications:
  • 1+ year real estate experience
  • Must be willing to make our office in Reston home base
  • Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Must be willing to be part of a VERY collaborative team
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to prospect at least 2 hours a day with a service-minded attitude
  • Willingness to utilize social media and video for marketing efforts
  • Must have amazing work ethic – we work hard but have so much fun doing it
  • Ability to dedicate yourself full-time to real estate
  • Must be willing to be coached and have an inherent desire to grow
