Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: Starting $21 -$22 Hourly
Temp to Perm

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answers phones for the department. Takes messages or field/answers for all routine and non-routine questions.
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
  • Greets guests and customers.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high level staff. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipping.
  • Exceed Customer Expectations.
  • Prepares Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, scanning and faxing documents.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Must be a self-motivated and goal oriented individual.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle heavy phone work.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills a Must (Knowledge of Excel, Word, Office).
  • Willing to work over 40 hours when required.
  • Willing to work weekends and Holidays if needed.
  • Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
