One to One Sitter

This is an "as needed" (PRN) position based in our 13 bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) located at Three Mile Curve, just outside of Logan, WV.

The CSU provides a safe treatment environment for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis and/or receiving medically managed substance misuse detoxification services.

The position requires direct, 1:1 supervision of high risk patients admitted to the CSU for various periods of time, depending on patient need. It requires excellent skills in patient relations, communication and clinical documentation. Candidate must be prompt, dependable, alert, energetic, have the ability to take initiative, and give attention to detail.

$25 flat rate/12 hours or $50/24 hours On Call fee.

$20 per hour for duration of called out shift, which will vary from 4 to 12 hours, depending on patient acuity. Position requires a 30 minute maximum response time to the unit when Called Out.

Compensation will vary, depending if you're called out:

$25 (not called out)

$205 4 hour shift

$245 6 hour shift

$285 8 hour shift

$325 10 hour shift

$365 12 hr shift.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Will be required to participate in agency trainings to be certified in CPR and First Aid every two (2) years.
