Automotive Parts Inside Salesperson

Fenix Parts, Inc. is one of the nations leading recyclers and resellers of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products. The Fenix companies have been in business more than 25 years and currently operate from 27 locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems reclaimed from damaged, totaled or low value vehicles.

Our organization is facing rapid growth & we’re looking for exceptional sales individuals to join our team. This position offers great earning potential with paid training (100% commission after training). If you love selling, building relationships with customers and making your own pay checks, this is the position for you!

Job Snapshot:

• Monday - Friday, day shift
• You will be selling used automotive parts from recycled vehicles as part of a retail and wholesale team
• Providing price quotes to customers
• Successfully managing inbound and outbound call volume in a fast-paced environment
• Increasing sales through selling of add-on items
• Communicating clearly with customers and team members
• Full benefit options to choose from including medical, dental, vision, 401k etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of sales focused experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
• Professional sales aptitude with a strong understanding of sales and closing processes.
• Proven ability to drive lead generation while also following up with past customers to regenerate cold leads
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to quickly and accurately handle a variety of tasks
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Strong computer skills
• Automotive/parts sales experience a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
