Job Description
Legacy is seeking a full-time Office Manager to work at a 414-unit Cooperative property located in Lansing, Michigan. As Office Manager you are responsible for managing daily administrative office activities such as bank deposits, coding invoices for payment, Member correspondences, writing work orders for service requests, scheduling contractor work, processing move in and move out paper work, filing, scanning. The Office manager is a vital part of the team and must be organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to complete high quality work and meet deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills to handle confidential information
  • Must be efficient with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and written and verbal communication skills
  • Real Estate license required within 6 months of employment
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Yardi experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
