Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Compensation:

$50,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Lead Engagement & Follow-Up: Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities and build relationships.
  • Local Expertise: Stay abreast of local knowledge to expertly address client questions about potential homes and the surrounding community.
  • Customer Excellence: Provide world-class customer service, fostering client satisfaction, building trust, and boosting sales volume.
  • Consultation Expert: Conduct buyer and seller consultations, understanding their needs and desires, and skillfully match them with suitable homes.
  • Diligent Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic through hard work and dedication to achieving exceptional results.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, fostering collaboration and shared success.

  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
