Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU A2N 48's
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a (12x4) 48 hours per week, will accept 36's, must be flexible with weekends
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- IN or Compact License
- Minimum 2 Year Experience
- Needs Strong Cardiac/Post-op heart experience
- Level 1 or Level II Trauma Experience, Telemetry, IV Start, and Cardiac Drips - Titrate
- ACLS
- BLS
Other Details:
- First Time Travelers Accepted
- May be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Under 50 miles will be accepted at the local
MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS. TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT.
If candidates have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package then they are eligible to apply
First Time Travelers Accepted
Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12
*** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
*** Charge coverage: Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
Certification Requirements: ACLS and BCLS
Skillset Requirements: Minimum 2 Year Experience, Level 1 or Level II Trauma Experience, Telemetry, IV Start, and Cardiac Drips - Titrate
Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU)
