Responsibilities – Office Manager Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Assist in maintaining office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and files, including invoices, purchase orders, and other essential documents
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Office Manager Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
